「CLOSED」Accounting (Payroll) cum HR Admin – KL (Ref ID: 12303)
・Process monthly payroll for all employees, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
・Handle all payroll-related queries and resolve any discrepancies.
・Maintain up-to-date records of employee salaries, benefits, and deductions.
・Ensure compliance with local tax, Socso, and EPF regulations.
・Handle Socso and EPF payments, ensuring timely submissions and compliance with local regulations.
Claims Handling
・Receive and review employee claims for expenses, travel, and other reimbursements.
・Verify the authenticity and accuracy of submitted claims.
・Process approved claims in a timely manner and ensure correct payments.
・Liaise with the finance department for any claim-related financial adjustments.
Overtime Calculation
・Track and record employee overtime hours.
・Calculate overtime pay based on company policies and local labor laws.
・Ensure that employees are compensated correctly for their overtime work.
・Address any employee queries or concerns regarding overtime calculations.
Leave Management
・Manage and track employee leave records, including annual leave and medical leave.
・Ensure that leave policies are adhered to and that employees are informed of their leave balances.
・Address any employee queries or concerns regarding leave entitlements and usage.
Administrative Duties
・Assist in the procurement of office supplies and equipment, ensuring that the company gets the best value for money.
・Maintain an inventory of office supplies and reorder as necessary.
・Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for any procurement-related matters.
・Handle any other administrative tasks as assigned by the HR and Accounting departments.
・Diploma above in any field
・Knowledge and 3 years experience in HR, payroll, staff claims, statutory payments
・Available to start as soon as possible
・Able to communicate well in Mandarin & English
